Financial plan. What's the big deal?

My experience in financial institutions specifically a licensed personal loan provider not "AHLONG" showed me how the pattern of people spending, savings, plan their finance, deal with financial challenges and so much more unthinkable situations related to this issue.

But I learnt here that most importantly is to know what are your strength and weaknesses when dealing with your finance.

So for many many years, I observe that people do loans out of desperation and they seek this alternatives for the challenges they faces.

Although s**t happens but it is never too late to opt for a better strategy in order to have a sustainable financial security. And well thought plan should consider the followings:

1. Retirement Funds

2.Education Funds

3. Savings Plan

4. Safe place to invest

5. Good consistent returns' growth.

As my career now involves in the same industry however after many years working with the "problem" part of a financial spectrum, I now has been privileged to be on the better side of the spectrum I call the "solution" part.

I would love to share my knowledge and expertise on how you can be in the "investor" cash flow quadrant ( refer to Robert T. Kiyosaki ) 

With period of 3 to 5 years expect a return on average of 10% to 15%. That's more than what we get form the conventional unit trust such as ASB.
