worksheet: business analysis

hye!

so today I wanna share on a workshop I attended where we get to do some analysis on our business deeper.

1. it was mainly consists of identifying our customers better through empathy map a one tool to help you synthesize your observations and draw out unexpected insights. Good tips can be found here in tadpull .

2. the "syok Sendiri" matrix where you measure other competitor and yourself on the axis of how unique and its impact towards the business.

3. blue ocean strategy canvas as we know let us to think of something or ways in which we are competing against no one but ourselves.

4 action frame work:
  • Raise: What factors should be raised well above the industry's standard?
  • Eliminate: Which factors that the industry has long competed on should be eliminated?
  • Reduce: Which factors should be reduced well below the industry's standard?
  • Create: Which factors should be created that the industry has never offered?
4. Prioritisation Matrix is a technique use to ranks problem and issues by a particular criteria that is important to the project.

and so with this few steps we hope to be able to identify and provide a better understanding of our product hence get to develop our brand with much grace and fulfilling to everyone needs
