Intan is my saviour

As a brand with shawl for the product, common challenges faced are the inconsistency of the tailor service provided, or if their okay, they might not be contactable any more later on, or they only take bigger quantity orders or they are so not taking good care of your fabric that you had to put more of your end product in your reject button rather than get to sell them

But worry no more, Phuuuh!

I got the opportunity to work with this cute bubbly lady and she does owns a mass tailoring service!

Aren't I'm glad to have met you! At the time when I most needed you!

You came to my rescue!

Coz it's already Syawal and my production haven't started yet and of course there's no tailor in town would be crazy enough to get me a slot.

So, I was like "Pasrah"

Madeenda will just reveal the new collection later-later when every festive season has gone! (haha! mood nak sedapkan hati)

Like I said Intan Rahayu came to the rescue and are kind enough to accept my orders and some more completed it within a week!

Fuiyoooo!

and best of all

she has taken the extra mile in triple checking the quality for me! she pampered me all so much!! Muuuahhh babe!

But ya! i'm happy with her service and now I would like to highlight here that

Ted Tailoring provides:

1. door to door services
2. very minimal MOQ
3. tailors with more than 15 years of experience
4. 2 week delivery after agreed on sample
5. in-house fashion & fabric consultant

and

a really efficient and friendly service!

So, do contact her soon to get a slot in!

A pose by the ones who just always pose

Learning today @ magic SE : financial modeling

today we learnt Financial Modelling. A really crucial and important part in running an enterprise. initially I thought that it will be a challenge for me. I did having some head ache trying to understand this, but eventually it all make sense. ( I forgotten that numbers has always been my thing )

So with having a financial model you could:

1. determine what kind of sales or revenue you want to earn monthly
2. how do you price a product so you wont lose money instead.
3. when you should start hiring
4. when you're going to run out of cash
5. how much is your startup capital you need
6. how to quickly access your business each month to ensure you are meeting your goals you set

and the learning is definitely worth while. Can't wait to get started and test around with different business model and products.

The speaker was Mr. Amir Amha, an advocate for education reform, corporate citizenship and non-profit capability development in Malaysia of MAGIC
