It was a Saturday morning... the weekenders like me have thoughts to sleep in and lazying around..
Was I really?...
Hahaha Naaaah...
I was excited enough and has been waiting for the day to come. It's gonna be my valuable time to spent with my darl first born daughter!
Kakak was as excited as I was. Well, she's still very clingy with me ( please don't stop ), even though at times I was likeeee "rimasssss" (but I was really just joking! ok kakak!)
So what did we do?
We went to an event initiated by the most awesome community network group
Sisterhood Alliance and the event is all about the girls growing into becoming a lady.
It was specially for girls aged 10 to 14 as this is the "important" age for a transformation to takes place. And kakak is 10 this year and we are more than happy to be in this event. A really meaningful mother daughter bonding time!

we had our breakfast and goodie bags and so we are sooo ready for the event to get started. The environment was all cozy and laid back so the girls are all relaxed and enjoying it.
We had our first speaker Pn Anja Juliah from
Blucotton to share insights and tips on the first experience for a first timer getting her period. And how to deal with it. How would you be wearing your pad including the hygienic part of disposing your pads. She also introduces the options if you are into being green and would like to care more about the environment as well. And her blucotton product is a eco friendly menstrual cloth pad that is comfortable, washable and varies in cute and colorful designs.
Next is
Kitty Chang the energetic and fun laughter coach and her laughter yoga activities definitely waken our senses up! It was hilarious and the girls had a blast and it really did make you sweat a bit just by laughing. How's that?
And we also have in the house the awe inspiring and renown 3R celebrity
Azah Yusof and she did nothing like hosting but she actually shared with us on a topic of The Changing Me. As much as all the bits and pieces that every girls will experience as the blossoming into a lady. It was great informative and easy sessions. And we as the mother also learnt a bit or two too. Lovin it especially getting to know the actual size of your uterus that would be the place where your baby grow. Hmmmm.. Subhanallah!
And finally Kitty Chang shared another heart wrenching and emotional sessions of the Power Woman. Growing up is a challenging phase to be in and the sharing gave better understanding of what are our values and how important to love yourself first before others. And of all the challenges we could have faced in life, be grateful if you have a mother around to comfort you and be your crying shoulder. Cherished every moments and opportunity to have her around!
And yup! I am blessed for this wonderful moments I get to shared with you Kakak! Insha Allah this will help me to be there for you when you have questions on you know what!....
